ത്രിലോക് ചന്ദ് ചാബ്രയുടെ ജീവചരിത്രം.
ത്രിലോക് ചന്ദ് ഛബ്ര 1957 സെപ്റ്റംബർ 16 ന് രാജസ്ഥാനിലെ അജ്മീർ ജില്ലയിലെ ഒരു ഗ്രാമമായ നഞ്ചിയിൽ ജനിച്ചു. ആറ് മക്കളിൽ മൂന്നാമനാണ് ത്രിലോക് ചന്ദ് ഛബ്ര. അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ പിതാവിൻ്റെ പേര് മോഹൻലാൽ ജി. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് പലചരക്ക് കടയായിരുന്നു. അമ്മ ദാപു ദേവി ഒരു വീട്ടമ്മയായിരുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം അജ്മീറിലെ നഞ്ചിയിൽ ആണ്. കോളേജ് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയത് ജയ്പൂരിലാണ്. അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത ബികോം ആണ്. അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ ഹോബികൾ യാത്ര, എഴുത്ത്, ബിസിനസ്സ് പഠനം എന്നിവയായിരുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ വിവാഹം 1977 ന് ആയിരുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ ഭാര്യയുടെ പേര് സരോജ് എന്നാണ്. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് 3 മക്കൾ ആണ്.
ത്രിലോക് ചന്ദ് ചാബ്ര കോളേജ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ ശേഷം കെക്രിയിൽ ഒരു വസ്ത്ര വ്യാപാരം ആരംഭിച്ചു. ഇത് 21 വർഷം വിജയകരമായി തുടർന്നു. എന്നാൽ തനിക്ക് മാത്രം ലാഭം കിട്ടിയാൽ പേരാ. എന്നിലൂടെ ഈ സമൂഹത്തിനും താഴെ തട്ടിൽ ഉള്ളവർക്കും വേണം എന്ന വിത്യസ്തമായ ചിന്ത അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് ഉണ്ടായി. അങ്ങനെ അദ്ദേഹം 2000-ൽ ഒരു കമ്പനി തുടങ്ങി. അത് ഇന്ന് RCM ബിസിനസ് (Fashion Suiting Pvt. Ltd.) എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. അതൊരു ഡയറക്ട് സെല്ലിംഗ് കമ്പനിയായിരുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ വിത്യസ്തമായ ആശയമായിരുന്നു. അതായത് ഈ കമ്പനിയുടെ സാധനങ്ങൾ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിനൊപ്പം കുറഞ്ഞ വിലയിലും സാധാരണ ആളുകൾക്ക് ലഭ്യമാക്കണം എന്നായിരുന്നു. സാധാരണക്കാരൻ ഈ ബിസിനസ്സ് ചെയ്യണമെന്നും അവൻ്റെ ജീവിതം മാറ്റണമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ആഗ്രഹിച്ചു. അങ്ങനെയാണ് 2000 ഓഗസ്റ്റിൽ RCM ബിസിനസ് (Fashion Suiting Pvt. Ltd.) രൂപികൃതമായത്.
RCM അതിൻ്റെ ആദ്യ ഒരു മാസത്തിൽ അത്ര ഫലപ്രദമായില്ല. എന്നാൽ അതിനു ശേഷം 10 മാസം കൊണ്ട് 21 കോടിയുടെ ബിസിനസ് നടത്തി മറ്റെല്ലാ കമ്പനികൾക്കും ഒരു വെല്ലുവിളിയായി. ത്രിലോക് ചന്ദ് ചാബ്രയും (Rcm ബിസിനസ്സ് ഉടമയും സ്ഥാപകനും) അദ്ദേഹത്തിനോടൊപ്പമുള്ള സഹപ്രവർത്തകരും ഒത്തൊരുമിച്ച് RCM നെ ലോകത്ത് അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരു കമ്പനിയാക്കി മാറ്റി. ഇന്ന് ആരാലും തകർക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്ത ഉയരത്തിൽ എത്തി നിൽക്കുന്നു. ഇതിന് കാരണം അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ ബിസിനസ്സിലെ കൂർമബുദ്ധിയാണ്. ഓരോ കാലഘട്ടത്തിനു അനുസരിച്ച് ബിസിനസ്സിൽ വരുത്തുന്ന മാറ്റങ്ങൾ. RCM ബിസിനസ്സിൽ അദ്ദേഹം 3 പ്രധാന ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നുണ്ട്.
ഒന്നാമത്തെ ലക്ഷ്യം:- ആരോഗ്യ സംരക്ഷണം ദിനംപ്രതി ക്ഷയിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ്റെ ശാരീരിക ആരോഗ്യത്തെ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുവാൻ ശുദ്ധവും പേക്ഷക സമൃദ്ധവുമായ ഭക്ഷണരീതി സഹായിക്കുന്നു.
രണ്ടാമത്തെ ലക്ഷ്യം:- ഭാരത നവോത്ഥാനം സാഹോദര്യത്തിൻ്റെയും സ്വാഭിമാനത്തിൻ്റെയും സദാചാരത്തിൻ്റെയും മൂല്യങ്ങളാൽ പൂരിതമായ ഒരു നവഭാരത നിർമ്മിതി.
മൂന്നാമത്തെ ലക്ഷ്യം:- സ്വാശ്രയത്വം ഓരോ സാധാരണക്കാരനും സ്വാശയത്തിൻ്റെ (സ്വയം പര്യാപ്തതയുടെ) പാതയിലേക്ക് നടക്കുവാൻ സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ ഒരുക്കുക.
ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ നല്ല കാഴ്ച്ചപാടുകൾ ആണ് ഇന്ന് ലോകത്തിലെ തന്നെ ഉയർന്ന ഒരു കമ്പനിയായി RCM വളർന്നു വരുവാൻ സാധിച്ചത്. നിരവധി പേരുടെ പ്രാർത്ഥനകളും. ഇനിയും ഒരുപാട് ഉയരങ്ങൾ കീഴടക്കാൻ സർവ്വേശൻ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കട്ടെ എന്ന് പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു.

Trilok Chand Chhabra was born on 16 September 1957 in Nanji, a village in Ajmer district of Rajasthan. Trilok Chand Chhabra is the third of six children. His father’s name is Mohanlal G. He owned a grocery store. Mother Dapu Devi was a housewife. He was educated in Nanji, Ajmer. He completed his college education in Jaipur. His educational qualification is B.Com. His hobbies were traveling, writing and studying business. His marriage was in 1977. His wife’s name is Saroj. He has 3 children.
Trilok Chand Chhabra started a garment business in Kekri after completing college. It continued successfully for 21 years. But if only he gets profit. Through me he had a different thought that this society and the people below had to. So he started a company in 2000. It is now known as RCM Business (Fashion Suiting Pvt. Ltd.). It was a direct selling company. His was a different idea. This meant that the products of this company should be manufactured in India and made available to common people at low prices. He wanted the common man to do this business and change his life. Thus RCM Business (Fashion Suiting Pvt. Ltd.) was formed in August 2000.
RCM was not very effective in its first month. But after that it became a challenge to all other companies by doing business of 21 crores in 10 months. Trilok Chand Chhabra (Owner and Founder of Rcm Business) and his associates have together made RCM a world renowned company. Today it stands at a height that no one can break. This is because of his business acumen. Changes in business over time. He mentions 3 main objectives in RCM business.
1st Objective:- Health care A clean and nutrient-rich diet helps to improve the physical health of the human being which is declining day by day.
Second Objective:- Indian Renaissance A neo-Indian construct imbued with the values of brotherhood, self-respect and morality.
Third objective:- Self-reliance Create conditions for every common man to walk on the path of Swasya (self-sufficiency).
