A course designed by RCM to enhance the proficiency of all colleagues through effective education. It incorporates disciplined teaching along with evaluation through examinations. The education is divided into three categories: ‘Tejas Buniyad’ for new joiner associates, ‘Tejas Main’ for senior associate buyers and ‘Tejas Seva’ course prepared for distribution centers.
